A 5-hole flute will be available for purchase from the instructor at the first class for $70 or a 6-hold flute for $115. 

Back by popular demand… Explore your imagination and make connections with ancient native musical traditions by learning to create and play your own songs on a 5-hole High Spirits flute.  We will also learn to read ‘finger-hole’ notation as we discover the joy of making music on this simple-to-learn yet elegant instrument.   Discussions will cover the historical role of the flute in Native American culture and community.  No formal musical knowledge is required and everyone will gain a sense of accomplishment and increased self esteem.
